CLUB U NITE

Label from Germany, mainly produces N.Y.C. old school deep house, founded in 1996 by Peppermint Jam member and label owner Mellow Man.
First successes came with the EP's released in 1995 on Mousse
T's Peppermint Jam Label. On Club U Nite Records, Merimaid's
'Luv Is' was popular at Body&Soul Club NYC
in 1997 and caused uninhibited party ecstasy. Louie Vega later
immortalized this track on his 'Back in the Box' compilation.
After a relaunch of the Club U Nite label in 2018, only one goal was pursued: old school house music with jazz, disco and funk elements without compromise and of course on vinyl. This sound still sounds fresh after 30 years and today has a growing fan base in the UK.
